Members terms
1. The free membership
- Membership is free until 10 December 2026. It gives you the daily tips card by email, a results digest, and recognition on the tips line. The same tips stay free on the website and on the tips line.
- You must be 18 or over and live in Australia. One membership per person and per mobile number. You may only register a mobile number that is yours.
- Membership is access to our tips content only. It is not a bet, a wager, a bonus, a prize or a bookmaker offer, and it gives you nothing to bet with.
2. After 10 December 2026: optional paid membership
- We will review the results and member feedback and may then offer an optional paid membership.
- You will never be moved onto a paid plan automatically, and we do not hold any card or payment details for the free membership. You would only pay if you actively choose a paid plan after seeing its price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms.
- We will tell members about any change at least 14 days before the free period ends. If you do nothing, you will not be charged.
3. Tips are opinion, not advice
- Tips are general opinion only. They are not financial advice and do not consider your circumstances. Most bets lose. Betting is not a way to make money or improve your finances.
- Odds, scratchings, track conditions and team news change. Check current information before any decision.
- Results we publish include every selection, winners and losers, at level 1-unit win stakes at the published odds. Past results do not predict future results.
- Bella Betting is not a bookmaker. We take no bets, hold no funds and receive no payment, commission or referral fee from any bookmaker.
4. Cancelling
Cancel any time, free, by using the unsubscribe link in any email, replying STOP to an SMS, using the tips line (after a one-time code to your mobile), or emailing us. We stop sending within 5 business days at the latest, and usually immediately.
5. Responsible gambling
If you register with BetStop or tell us gambling is causing you harm, we will cancel your membership on request and stop all messages. Free, confidential support: Gambling Help Online 1800 858 858, gamblinghelponline.org.au.
6. Changes and your rights
We may update these terms and will email members about material changes. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact: hello@bellabetting.com.au.
